Sketch-plan, including:

• collection of all the data required for planning (geodesic measurements, tree cadastre)
• discussion of our client`s desires, aims and financial means
• walking around the area with our client
• informing our client about the designing process
• considering if involvment of other experts is necessary
• providing a general concept for the design
• creating at least two design options
• finalization of the sketch-plan, estimation of costs

Authorization design, including:

• assessment of vegetation
• developing the design (based on the sketch-plan) according to the relevant legal regulations
• specification of species to be planted and their characteristics, landscaping, surface drainage, coatings, buildings, supporting walls and other structures

Implementation plan:

• a detailed construcion plan, based on the approved authorization plan, that can be used for each stage of garden construction works

  • statement for measurements (size, quantity)
